Electrical/Mechanical Assembler geaDuties:
Client is seeking a sharp, reliable, mechanically inclined individual to provide scheduled maintenance on dairy equipment to local farms i.e. change kits on pasteurizers etc. using a company truck.
- They will also be delivering and selling related supplies and cleaning products. They will be receiving commission on these sales so there is opportunity for a significant amount of additional income to be made.
- Must be someone that has worked in the dairy/farming industry and is familiar with the work and the environment.
- Must have a great attitude and be comfortable talking with the farm owners and employees.
- Strong preference for a CDL with the Hazmat endorsement. If they don’t have it they must be able to get one quickly. To that end, a clean valid driver’s license is mandatory
- Must be organized. Will need to fill out necessary paperwork and invoicing after work is performed and discuss it with the customers.
- Must maintain company service vehicle, parts and tools
- Clean background. Will run a background check.
- Pass a Drug Test
Experience/Background:
- Minimum high school degree
- Basic mathematics
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel locally.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Ability to be a self-starter but still work as part of a team
