Construction Project Coordinator
The Construction Project Coordinator serves as the Project Manager's support system. The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for consistently managing several task-oriented projects alongside the Project Manager's direction.

Preconstruction
- Supports Project Management during the bidding/pricing process, with deliverables such as creating bid invitations, preparing scope of work documents, and creating, tracking, and following up on bid communications.
- Supports Project Management during the subcontractor award process with deliverables such as setting up subcontractors in project management and accounting systems, preparing and organizing various components of contracts, and processing final contract documentation.
Operations
- Supports project management with various project deliverables throughout construction, such as managing information on document management software (submittals, RFI's, meeting agendas and minutes, drawing and specification maintenance, etc.).
- Tracks and monitors, with the help of accounting, insurance certification compliance, lien waivers, affidavits, etc.
- Collects, processes, organizes, and files documentation from various sources as requested by project management.
- Coordinates electronic submission of project documentation and prepares routine correspondence such as letters, memos, and meeting notes.
- Provides timely and effective communication via email, telephone, etc. to subcontractors and team members.
- Provides additional administrative support as required throughout construction.
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude and maintains composure under pressure.
