Job Overview:
Jim Potts Motor Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our team. We specialize in the sales and service of Can-Am, Spyder, Skidoo, Seadoo, and used units. If you’re experienced with powersports vehicles and passionate about mechanics, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, watercraft, etc.)
- Perform accurate diagnostics using advanced equipment and tools
- Provide clear, detailed service reports and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with service advisors and communicate directly with customers when necessary
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Must have your own tools
- Experience working with powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, boats, and watercraft) preferred
- Certification preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of performance
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement a plus)
