We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant/Floor Manager to join our team and help elevate our customer experience to new heights.
Position Overview:
The Assistant/Floor Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, providing leadership and support to the staff. This role involves maintaining high service standards, handling guest relations, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of both guests and staff throughout shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the club floor operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and support floor staff, including entertainers. bartenders, servers, and bussers, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Assist in training new hires to maintain our high standards of service and hospitality.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, coordinating with security to manage any disturbances.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions to drive club traffic.
- Ensure compliance with all club policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a nightclub, bar, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
