Seeking a full-time Podiatrist to join an established practice the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota. Non-surgical role Work alongside a Podiatrist Surgeon, 6 Orthopedic providers, and Sports Medicine Full-time position primarily in west-central MN, with potential for occasional outreach to additional internal facilities 36 patient contact hours/week requirement Conduct physical examinations of patients feet, ankles, and lower legs. Diagnose conditions such as arch problems, bunions, corns, hammertoes, warts, heel spurs, ingrown toenails, ulcers, and cysts. Provide non-surgical treatments, including prescribing medications, orthotics, and physical therapy. Manage chronic conditions like diabetes-related foot issues through preventative care and routine checkups. Educate patients on proper foot care and preventative measure to avoid future problems. Advise on footwear and lifestyle changes to improve foot health. Refer patients to surgeons or other specialists when surgical intervention is necessary. Minor office-based clinic procedures include: ingrown toenail removals ganglion cyst aspirations, wound debridement; joint/neuroma/plantar fascia injections, cryotherapy, and punch biopsies Compensation and benefits: Base compensation salary is guaranteed for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production volumes.
