ENT Opening in Portland, ME

Seeking an ENT to join its collegial team.

Four-day work week (10-hour days)
Outpatient coverage, ED coverage, Hospital Rounding, and Surgical
Join two Otolaryngologists, a Nurse Practitioner, a Physician Assistant, two Audiologists, and Audiology Techs who provide care to patients in-clinic.
Average 10 patients per day
1:4 call with extra compensation beyond that obligation
Competitive Compensation
$240.63 per hour as 1.0 FTE which annualizes to $500,000
$55/RVU over an annual threshold of 7,800
Sign-on bonus

This is an interesting role where the physician can directly interact with community physicians, and the practice has strong, existing referral patterns to help a new surgeon get started quickly!
