MARKETING MANAGER
Caribbean Food Delights (CFD), a privately owned & operated company, is the leading manufacturer of Jamaican Style Patties: beef, chicken and vegetable. Our state-of-the-art facility is SQF certified. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, Marketing Manager, to join our team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Developand implement strategic marketing andpromotionalplansand forecasts toachieve corporate business goals and objectivesforproductsand services.
•Lead and supervise the workflow of other team members in the department.
•Participatein the research and developmentofnewproducts.
•Work closely with the R&D department on the modificationofexistingproductsandtermination of ineffective products.
•Gather and analyze customer feedback.
•Plan and conduct marketresearch as well as focus groups to gather feedback on new product concepts and existing products.
•Establishandmaintaina unique product voicethroughoutall productlines and promotional materials.
•Outline and manage the marketingdepartment’s annual budget; monitor and track costs to deliver on budget.
•Planandoverseeadvertisingand promotional activities,including print,electronic and digital media.
•Perform media buys requiredtopromotecompanies'productsandagenda.
•Define and manage digital marketing forall brands, ie., social media, e-mail/sms, website.
•Workwith SeniorSales Manager todrivethesalesfunctionbycultivatingrelationships andexecuting the company's sales strategies.
•Monitor the competition including marketingactivitiesonaregularbasis.
•Establishandmaintainrelationshipswith select industryinfluencers.
•Supervise, review and approveallcorporatesponsorshipsanddonation requests.
•Represent thecompany at tradeshows,tradeassociationmeetings,etc.,topromote products.
•Interactwith otherdepartmentsand key personnel toensurethatall marketinggoalsand objectives are realized.
•Performotherjob-related dutiesforCaribbeanFoodDelights and/oranyoftherelated companies, asassigned and as unilaterally determinedby Caribbean Food Delights.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing
•Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years related work experience
•Knowledge of Digital and New Media including Email marketing
•Deep understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tox and X
•Experience working with creative design software Photoshop or creative design platform, Canva is required
•Highly proficient in Office 365: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong management, organizational and interpersonal skills
•Abilitytomanagemultipleprojects/priorities, simultaneously.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION WITH OR WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds; frequent driving; frequent verbal communication; prolonged standing at times.Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. Ability to operate standard office equipment – computer (navigating internet/keyboarding), facsimile machine, photocopier, calculator, multi-line telephone system, etc.
Pay range $90k - $120k + benefits.
