REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

You Have:

Experience with AP / AR
BS in accounting or business and/or equivalent work experience in a professional environment
Strong attention to detail and proven organization skills
Experience with NetSuite a plus but not mandatory
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, or with a team and maintain confidentiality.
Strong Microsoft Office skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client need a qualified temporary Accounts Payable Specialist, to join their internal accounting team for a three-month assignment that could become a permanent role in 2025. The qualified individual will handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner, demonstrate organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize/reprioritize daily work, work independently and in a team, and complete work in a timely fashion as necessary.

You Will:

Monitor a fast-paced AP email inbox daily.
Receive, code, and process all invoices.
Process all Subcontractor payments.
Review and process monthly employee wellness reimbursements.
Assist with month end journal entries.
Review and process payments of reimbursable employee expenses.
Support the annual preparation of 1099's.
Cross-train to serve as a back up to AR.
