Position Type: Full time contract

SHIFT: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST
As a In Processing Coordinator, you will
Position Responsibilities:
SSIS administrator (Security Screening Information System)
Ready2Work administrator
Personnel Access Data System administrator
Handle confidential information of all supplemental employees
Assign training qualifications via the Ready2Work software
Set up and reschedule medical, training, dosimetry, Personality Assessment Inventory, and Fitness for Duty appointments
Print and assemble welcome packets
Facilitate the flow of all in-processing buildings.
Attend all High Impact Team meetings
Order office supplies.
Ability to analyse and evaluate data.
Ability to work with the Security Screening Information System database.
Ability to work with the Ready2Work software application.
Familiarity with in-processing individuals, scheduling, and coordinating training and badging requirements.
Proficient with computers to include Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external departments and contractors. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Adaptable and flexible to effectively respond to changing conditions and demands. Ability to plan and organize with a demonstrated ability to establish goals, set priorities, and establish time sequence of activities. Resourceful and innovative with an attention to detail.
Pay Range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
