Maintenance Supervisor for our 2nd Shift in
Lodi, CA.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. 2nd Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of production maintenance and staff supervision experience (winemaking preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration/HVAC is a plus
- Familiarity with SQF, ISO, and LEAN manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean record
- Background in fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing, or auto repair preferred
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a strong, empowered maintenance team
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety programs and training
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and job assignments
- Oversee special projects and new equipment installations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards
- Manage time and attendance accurately and plan work schedules
- Interact with vendors and manage work orders
