Duration: 12 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Shift: Training on day shift; regular shift after training (11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST)
Pay Range: $20/Hr. to $22.12/Hr.

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing, researching, and resolving issues related to USD wire transfers.

You will perform day-to-day functions, including administering defined procedures, generating reports, and managing exception processing.

Additionally, you may participate in implementing and documenting new processes and provide guidance to team members on procedural, technical, and operational updates.
