We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Trade Marketeer in the UK & Ireland team. Based in our Slough Head Office, to lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns, in a robust commercial business unit with a wonderful brand. This role is a Fixed Term Contract until December 31st, 2025.

Core Responsibilities
Local deployment of regionally created BTL Adult and Preschool campaigns ensuring they are fit for purpose and executed through the line.
Set the strategic trade marketing direction and planning for the eCommerce channel to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact
Act as a consultant to the Assistant Trade Marketing Managers to ensure they have the required campaign toolkits to execute with excellence
Responsible for planning and designing the retail media strategy for trade marketing, and supporting the team to execute the plans
Management of a £2m+ budget, driving the most effective spend across themes and customers to achieve key marketing objectives whilst ensuring strong ROI
Upskill the team in trade marketing ecommerce planning, executions, and innovations
Evaluation of key BTL campaign executions to ensure we live a continuous improvement mindset and achieve the strongest possible ROI

The team’s purpose is to drive sales performance through the best possible brand experience in retail, engaging and inspiring our shoppers and consumers. To do this the role will be about pulling ‘through the line’ brand and themed campaigns, crafting impactful, engaging and conversion driving retail executions.
Do you have what it takes?
Direct commercial experience in a retail / trade marketing role
Good understanding of the eCommerce retail landscape and the strategic impact of all trade marketing activities
Experience in planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns (both offline and online) for third party retailers
Able to lead multiple campaigns and activities at the same time
Proven record of success ideally in a high impact consumer goods company
Excels in an evolving and dynamic environment.
Detailed analytical and budget responsibility experience
Proficiency in English both written and spoken
A collaborative approach with an ability to work with a wide range of partners & agencies
Thrives and contributes best to a team setting
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
