Play a pivotal role in advancing the LEGO Group’s digital strategy and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland!
With a focus on collaboration and innovation, this role will be responsible for optimizing the digital presence and visual display of our product portfolio at our retail partners’ websites, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all eCommerce channels.
This role will deliver high-quality digital merchandising and content strategies, using data insights to drive performance, increase product visibility, and improve the overall shopper experience.

Core Responsibilities
Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified LEGO brand experience across all platforms and channels by selecting and optimizing assets, keywords, and campaigns using data-driven insights.
Content Deployment: Leverage the LEGO Group’s technology stack to scale content distribution, enhance data exchange, and drive engagement and conversions through effective partnerships with retailers.
Partnership Collaboration: Coordinate with agencies, technology providers, and retail partners to implement campaigns, drive innovation through pilot projects, and scale successful initiatives.
Revenue & Profit Growth: Lead initiatives to optimize ROI and profitability for both the LEGO Group and retail partners using data-driven content strategies to drive revenue and returns.
Brand Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with Trade Marketing and retail partners to deliver a consistent, resonant brand experience that appeals to both customers and shoppers.
Product Visibility & Findability: Increase product visibility through digital merchandising strategies that improve searchability and discoverability.
Shopper Journey Optimization: Refine the shopper experience to simplify product exploration and purchasing.
Performance Optimization: Use data and insights to continuously refine strategies and achieve consistent growth in online sales.

The B2B eCommerce Team EUC at the LEGO Group is dedicated to driving digital excellence and commercial growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The Digital Merchandiser partners with retailers to deliver a seamless online shopping experience, ensuring the LEGO brand is represented consistently across all digital channels. By using data, technology, and industry expertise, the Digital Merchandiser drives content deployment, enhances product visibility, and maximizes revenue opportunities.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce within a consumer-focused industry.
Hands-on mentality: ability to balance multiple operational and conceptual tasks in parallel.
Demonstrable understanding of the functionalities and limitations of online shops (backend / frontend, eCom infrastructure).
Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into effective merchandising strategies.
Ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Early adopter mentality: always aware of the latest eCom trends and digital innovation.
Proficiency in both English and German is a prerequisite.
