Tech Skills:
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java 8.0+ and Spring Boot.
- Exposure to Apache Camel and Redis Cache technologies
- Develop Rest APIs adhering to microservices standards
- Experience in Junit and exposure to BDD practices
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability
- Scan the code using SonarQube and Veracode tools and fix reported vulnerabilities
- Compile, manage, and maintain version control using GitHub to ensure seamless project integration and code deployment
- Remediate performance issues. Experience in JMeter is a plus
- Exposure to Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to closely work with Architects/Technical Leads from customer organization
- Ability work with India based offshore development team
Standard expectations and duties for a Software Developer:
- Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Create detailed design documents (model or diagrams or flowcharts) that show the software code needed for an application.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Ensure programs function normally through software maintenance and testing.
- Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
