At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company's expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it's materials and processing expertise.
Who YOU are and what YOU can become:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective Marketing and Communications strategy and content for internal and external consumers including event planning and management. Write and optimize content for the website, intranet, digital and print newsletters, publications and social networking sites. Ensure consistency in terms of branding, messaging, and frequency for posting via digital and print channels.
What YOU will do:
• Strategic responsibility and multi-directional Marketing and Communications deliverables that align with organizational policy and culture
• Create, coordinate, and execute communication plans to improve brand recognition increasing internal and external awareness of company business
• Liaison with supplier providing Marketing support as well as internal Business Development and Human Resources teams for content development and publication
• Write content for both print and digital media including the company website, blog, brochures, newsletter and implement a communications strategy
• Own and manage company's social media platforms while maintaining a strong online presence
• Organize and direct external and internal events leading and coordinating with various related functions
• Partner with Group Corporate Communications on branding guidelines and alignment as well as special projects including development of local content for global business publications
• Responsible for communicating company information (training requirements, quality, events, business specific content) to all employee utilizing a centralized electronic mailbox
• Maintain digital communication system (electronic message boards)
• Assist Operations in cascading daily, weekly, monthly information across all shifts
• Identify effective communication platforms to meet multi-media needs
• Assist with the preparation and execution of sitewide quarterly All-Hands meetings
• Manage the monthly newsletter development and publication
• Recommend internal signage/banners to ensure awareness of all site programs and special initiative.
What YOU must bring to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications or relevant field from an accredited university or college with five years of marketing/communication experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical ability to create and manage digital content for internet and intranet usage
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Operational knowledge and understanding of basic audio & visual equipment
- Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday, first shift. Minimal scheduling flexibility for special events
Desired Characteristics:
- Master's degree in relevant field preferred
- Familiarity with Aerospace and/or Defense industry and/or other similar technical domain
- Effective time management and planning
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms with awareness of trends and analytics
- Prior Marketing and/or Event Management experience
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
- Excellent presentation skills.

Estimate salary range for this role: $88,000 to $129,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
