Build your future with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Quality Manager in Englewood, CO.
This position will test and inspect incoming raw materials and finished products. Responsibilities also include auditing production departments and processes for compliance with food safety and quality assurance requirements.
As the Senior Quality Manager you will:- Complete batch record review of various products and data entry into management software system
- Disposition products (assign/change status) in management software systems as assigned
- Review, organize, and file production records
- Perform and/or assist with root cause analysis
- Maintain company and customer required spreadsheets, records, and reports and communicate with customers as needed
- Prepare and organize records as requested for internal and external audits
- Obtain and/or issue certificates of analysis as needed
- Support and assist in the writing, reviewing, updating, and training of all documentation elements of the Quality Management System and related software
- Educate and train employees on food safety and quality topics per corporate guidelines
- May complete quality walkthroughs of the facility to ensure necessary corrective actions are completed; may participate in regulatory and customer inspections
- Adhere to all Quality and Safety policies and procedures and report any nonconformities
- Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

This is a
full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate's skills, abilities, and education:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred (science)
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
- Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
- Must be able to visually inspect machines.
Shift: Wednesday-Saturday 8PM-6AM
Pay Rate: $25.00- $27.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
