Tracy, Ca Pay $18-$22 hour
Part Time- 8:00am-12:00pm
OPEN POSITION: Finance, AP and AR
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: This position is responsible Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Accounts Payable:
- Enter invoices to be paid, check back-up for invoices, accounts payable audit, and filing.
- Mail payments to Suppliers, matching invoices to checks.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Run aging report, matching invoices to checks.
- Check accounts receivable invoices.
- QuickBooks
- Update Supplier addresses
- Enter new Customers
- General Office:
- Answer Phones
- Sort mail
- Reference check for new Customer credit applications
- Create forms
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience:- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
