Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant .

Position Type: Contract, potentially contract to hire

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

As an Administrative Assistant , you will responsible for:

Provide administrative support to program leadership.
Post documents to the customer portal and email notifications.
Make travel arrangements and process timely expense reports.
Manage calendars and schedule and coordinate meetings.
Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
Create and maintain appropriate databases.
May perform some research or data analysis tasks.
Coordinate events and support additional projects as needed.
Prepare presentations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools, including Outlook.(use outlook, meetings, use multiple calendars)
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
Strong history of website research and Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI) and SAP
High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of six years related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : $30 -$32 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
