As Local Integrated Media Manager, you will play a key role to develop and execute media strategy in MEA and measurethe performance.
1.Coordinate media briefing, KPI setting and reporting for media campaigns in MEA across touchpoints with the OESP (owned-earned-shared-paid) planning mindset.
2.Lead the local campaign planning process by planning key steps, coordinating the relevant stakeholders to ensure an excellent OESP execution.
3.Support Brand Manager to prepare integrated briefing and identify relevant channels specialists to attend briefing session and to respond to brief.
4. Manage social media and youtube channels for MEA, monitor performance and content calendar execution.
5. Set up the Performance Marketing agenda, establish and drive After Action Review process and provide KPI analytics.
6.Actively work with Global Media Team across channels and touchpoints
7.Coordinate media, social media and creative agencies, provide sparring and regular evaluation

Local Integrated Media Manager will join the local marketing team sitting in Dubai. Our team consists of different functions (Brand, Shopper, Ecommerce, Planning, Media, Brand Relation and Digital Communication). The team is responsible for marketing and campaign Planning from local strategy to execution, setting a clear tone of voice for LEGO® Brand and building the long lasting relationships with our consumers and shoppers. The role will sit in local Marketing dept and will be responsible for leading the implementation of Media Strategy and Performance Tracking in the Middle East and Africa.
