Position: Tax Manager
Location: Middlesex County, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130k-$160k based on experience
About the Role:
Join a growing public accounting firm as a Tax Manager. This hybrid position is perfect for experienced professionals ready to make an impact in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of various tax returns, including individual, partnership, and corporate taxes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Prep & Review Experience of 1040,1120, 1120s, 1065, 990
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters UltraTax software.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Industries: Experience in real estate, closely held businesses, non-profits, and trusts/estates is essential.
