General Manager

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all company operations, emphasizing safety, production, and sales.
- Maintain office tasks (75%) and coordinate shop floor, warehouse, vendor relations, and field support (25%).
- Lead by example, embodying company values and offer hands-on involvement during critical situations.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate lead times with national and international vendors.
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and inventory are well-maintained.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications of successful General Manager candidates:
- 7 years of managerial experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment
- Proven track record of team management and effective communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experience managing lead times
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP systems
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, fabrication, and maintenance desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
