Responsibilities for Audit Supervisor:
- Ability and desire to run client engagements from start to finish, includes planning, executing, directing, and completing audits, reviews, and compilations and managing to budget
- Prepare, draft financial statements, and note disclosures
- Supervise and train staff auditors and interns in the audit and review process
- Identify problem areas and client issues and propose solutions to supervisors, managers, and partners
- Develop and maintain great professional relationships with client staff
- Up to date on standards and regulations and assist in communicating and implementing changes in the department
Experience:
- Auditing: 5 years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required)
- License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in accounting
- Master's in accounting or eligible to sit for the CPA Exam (preferred)
- 5 years experience in public accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP
- CPA certification or in process of obtaining certification
- Ability to supervise/lead projects, multi-task, think independently, and problem solve
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Organizational and time management skills Experience in the CIRA industry (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:$110,000-125,000
