If so, consider joining Citizens Bank and driving the Collection & Recovery Strategic Sr. Analytics function for our organization. As the Sr. Analyst, you will design communication strategies and monitor omni channel performance for multiple portfolios while driving incremental, long-term improvement. Working closely with Collections Leadership and Vendor Performance Management, you will evolve text and email outreach including digital strategies with the objective of increasing customer engagement and positively impacting the bottom line. This position requires you to develop analytical routines to identify new opportunities, adhoc analytics to formulate new strategies, and become a subject matter expert, advising our businesses partners, on effective ways to improve loss performance, lower expenses, implement best practices, all of which, align to our Citizens Bank brand.
To be a successful Collection & Recovery Strategic Analytics Sr. Analyst, you will also:
- Develop and implement strategic communication enhancements to improve customer engagement across 7 different product types
- Prepare and present performance findings and action items to leaders in Strategy, Collections, Credit Risk and Product
- Maintain and enhance robust performance tracking
- Partner with Credit Risk, Product, and Finance to align on expected performance driven by strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in collections and recovery analytics and/or credit risk analytics with a focus on channel outreach and customer engagement
- SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL or other data mining experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint
- Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong statistical background or experience in measuring operational strategies
- Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to partner with various internal stakeholders
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and functions
- Able to thrive and prioritize in a changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative study preferred (Math, Finance, Science etc.)
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $92,224- $138,336 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
