Manufacturing Positions Available!Redneck Outdoor Products in Lamar, MO is in need of full-time manufacturing workers to work in our plant performing tasks to build high quality Fiberglass Hunting Blinds.
Responsibilities include:
Rolling out chemical resin covered fiberglass mats
Throwing chemical resin on fiberglass mats
Gel coating of molds
Foam spray & painting inside blinds
Sanding of fiberglass parts
Building and assembling parts of fiberglass blinds
Final Assembly detail work on each blind

Ability to work while standing, stooping, squatting and bending
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must pass a drug test
Attention to detail to perform all tasks precisely and safely
Must be dependable and able to meet daily scheduling needs
Monday through Friday - 1st shift - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Some Saturday work possible, if scheduled then it is required.
High School or equivalent (Preferred)
Driver's License (Strongly preferred)
Compensation details: 14-18 Hourly Wage
