Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in workers' compensation and be capable of handling a full caseload from day one. We are looking for a proactive individual who can lead the intake process and drive client engagement effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the intake process for personal injury cases, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Manage a full caseload, from initial contact through case resolution.
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury law.
- Proven ability to handle a full caseload independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively assess their needs.
- Partner-level candidates with an existing book of business will be considered.
