Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be an autonomous sales leader, responsible for driving new sales and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on generating new business through both outside and inside sales efforts. You will implement successful strategies to attract and retain clients, working efficiently and effectively within our dynamic team.
Work Experience Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the light industrial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities
- Represent Onin at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing industry
- Strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
