We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, on-site, and is a contract position for 6 months.

What You'll Do
Assist with deployment and configuration of network devices such as switches and wireless access points. (MDF/IDF Network equipment, switches, and potentially Aruba to Meraki Wi-Fi refreshes)
Perform triage of support desk tickets; diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
Assist with performing maintenance of switches and routers, including patching, IOS updates
Wipe/erase configurations from old equipment, updating/maintaining inventory management system, assisting with disposal of surplus equipment
Monitor network equipment and WAN circuits, engaging equipment vendors and service providers for problem resolution
What You'll Need
Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Cisco/Meraki switches, routers, and related network technologies in an enterprise environment
Experience with wireless technologies
Strong understanding of network routing protocols, IP addressing, VLANs and other fundamental networking concepts. (OSI, TCP/IP)
Proficient with network diagnostic tools
Understanding of network security principles and firewalls
Knowledge of cloud networking is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Available for occasional after-hours or weekend work

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
