What we’re offering:
A full-time Customer Relations Associate hybrid position in Oklahoma City. Salary range $17-$20 per hour determined based on experience and internal salary equity. Candidates who complete Spanish certification will receive an increase in hourly pay. What you’ll do:

Answer inbound calls related to customers’ worker’s comp claims and resolve concerns by researching information

Review documents for accuracy and obtain information needed to process documents related to a claim

Correspond with medical providers and employers to obtain information or documents needed to properly document a new claim
Who we’re looking for:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Customer service or business office experience of at least 1 year required.
Insurance industry experience preferred.
High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred.
Candidates skilled in adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, and attention to detail.
