Our client, a multi-national investment management firm, seeks a Temporary Receptionist to join their team ASAP through mid-March 2025. The Receptionist will work onsite 4 days per week, with the option to work remotely Monday or Friday weekly, hours range from 8am-6pm with 1 hour lunch break. This role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment and will begin ASAP! Pay rate is $22/hour.
Responsibilities:- Handle general receptionist tasks including being a main point of contact upon entry and answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Calendar management and heavy scheduling and rescheduling.
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Serve as a liaison with both internal and external parties
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in reception, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or concierge roles is preferred
- Flexible, diligent with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; team player mentality
