Paradigm is seeking a full-time remote Provider Contract Administrator. The primary responsibility of this position is to establish relationships with providers to secure network participation contracts at company approved jurisdictional margins. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (could vary depending on time zone).
We are looking for an applicant with the following:
- Inside B2B Sales experience required.
- Ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.
- High level of self-confidence and persistence; maintain an assertive approach in dealing with providers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent acceptable with commensurate experience.
The Provider Contract Administrator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Identify physician prospects, gather provider information and submit for entry into company programs.
- Identify optimal reimbursement range.
- Cold call physicians, post-acute care providers, and other industry related prospects to explain company services and solicit them to become participating network providers.
- Negotiate, prepare, and submit network participation contracts as well as other related paperwork to physicians and other providers.
- Follow up with providers regarding full participation and secure participation agreements.
