Current Board Certification required
ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required
Practice setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
Average 50 patients per day
Generalist support
Case Mix: Complete Ortho, complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
Facility details: EMR: Epic, Level 1 Trauma facility, 720 beds, 24 ORs, Stroke certified facility
Support Staff: PA/NP: 3
Estimated Credentialing timeline: 90-120 days
