As a Machine Operatoryou will:
- Comply with safety policies and procedures
- Understand and operate multiple production machines at a time to safely produce a sound quality product.
- Ensure overall equipment effectiveness in accordance with established standards and guideline.
- Inspect manufactured product and follow quality protocol when defects are discovered.
- Complete charting and document production activities as required to meet or exceed quality standards.
- Monitor, maintain and adjust machines during continuous production to prevent machine stoppages and minimize waste.
- Operate and/or work around highly automated systems including robotic equipment.
- Understand and ensure compliance of all policies and procedures such as the BRC Food Safety Policy, GMP's, HACCP Principle, ISO14001 and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while completing work tasks.
This is a Full-time opportunity.The ideal
Machine Operator candidate will have:
- 2 years experience in high manufacturing
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic PC Knowledge
- Able to read and interpret drawings, review specifications, review work instructions and report line performance
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Stand for 12 hours shifts
Pay Rate: $22.34 - $23.34/ hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
