The General Manager will be responsible for:
Operational Leadership
- Manage daily operations across multiple sites, focusing on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet short- and long-term business goals
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Identify and drive process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Increase productivity through strategic operational enhancements.
Profit & Loss Accountability
- Ensure alignment of operations with financial budgets and business objectives.
- Drive cost management, improve profit margins, and oversee financial performance.
Team Development
- Build and maintain a high-performance team through talent development, mentorship, and succession planning
Customer Focus
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Oversee capital projects, new product development, and market expansion efforts.

Experience
- Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with a proven history of driving operational efficiency and achieving strong financial results.

- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, operations management, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional abilities in analytics, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving.
Leadership

Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or operations management required.
