WI license, DEA and DOT cert work-related job injury treatment, pre-employment screens and services, and preventative services including vaccinations and flu shots at each of its locations. Ability to suture a laceration, diagnose orthopedic injuries, read ortho x-rays autonomously, and remove free floating eye debris. Spanish/English bilingual a PLUS but NOT required.
