Job Overview: We are seeking a QMS Coordinator to oversee our quality management system. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing internal audits, monitoring objectives, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). The position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality System Management: Maintain and update QMS documentation and approve changes
- Audit Management: Schedule and conduct internal audits, assist with external audits
- Performance Monitoring: Track quality objectives and report KPIs to leadership
- Calibration Oversight: Ensure measuring equipment maintenance and calibration
- Policy Development: Assist in creating company policies, processes, and procedures
- Training Management: Coordinate quality and safety training, manage training system
- Safety Compliance: Coordinate safety audits and ensure timely completion of findings
- Department Support: Provide quality planning assistance across departments
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing with Quality Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic mechanical comprehension
- ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing environment
Technical Skills:
- Quality management system documentation
- Internal audit procedures
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Calibration program management
- Process and procedure development
- Training system administration
