Supplemental Health Care is seeking Physical Therapists in California for a contract assignment at a partnering Occupational Health Center. Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,560 $1,739 per week
- 12-week contract with possibility of extension
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in California
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
