Dates: Start as soon as credentialed- Ongoing need for 9 months
Schedule: Providers in clinic M-F, and on-call after hours, Only on call Saturday and Sunday

Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 38
Total Hospital Deliveries (annual avg.): 456
NICU - Level 1
2 Clinics: 1- inside hospital, 1- 20 min away
4+ providers see patients in the clinic daily.
Certifications: BC, RI license
60 day credentialing
