JOB SUMMARY
Manage cash application process making sure all cash receipts are applied properly and staff is managed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all deposits (customer, driver, will-call, mail, ACH pushes) are applied correctly
- Collaborate with Credit Department to correct customer accounts
- Manage Employee Accounts and Intra Company accounts of our Sysco affiliates
- Manage reconciliations for intercompany, VNC/CNV and cash related recs
- Manage document imaging
- Oversee ECredits
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Seven or more years of accounting experience
- Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
Professional Skills
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, vendors, and upper management
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
