Overview:
The Student & Youth Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and increasing sales of groups of 100 or more within the Student & Youth business segment. This position is expected to meet or exceed attendance and revenue goals as prescribed by the Corporate Sales Incentive Plan by regularly soliciting sales in person, email, phone or at
tradeshows and conventions. This position is responsible for working in close coordination with the Sales Office Coordinator and Event Execution teams. Tasks may be assigned by Senior Sales or Regional leadership as needed.

Park Assignment
This position is responsible for the following parks:
Kings Island
Must be able to office/commute to one of the parks listed.
Responsibilities:
• Develops, manages, and sells to new and existing accounts of 100 or more within the Student/Youth segment through in-person sales and service calls as well as through telephone and email outreach for remotely based clients and prospects.
• Responsible for and expected to maintain complete CRM management for their assigned business, including but not limited to, pipeline hygiene, inbound/outbound lead generation management, account maintenance, timely and accurate data entry, opportunity activities and outcomes, and assigned compliancy standards.
• Works closely with regional leadership as instructed to assist and maintain various aspects of Youth Programs, including but not limited to, in-park Performance programs, Education programs, Youth Sports events, Youth Camp programs, Student/Youth travel, and any other Youth developments centered around driving youth business revenues.
• Actively participates in all new/continuing Sales Training & Development initiatives centered around driving business revenues.
• Supports as requested to supply feedback for the development of promotional materials and assist as needed in Student/Youth oriented administrative capacities.
• As requested, may travel and represent assigned parks or the organization at various events, tradeshows, conferences, or association-based activities.
Qualifications:
• Required: High School diploma/GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree; Marketing/Sales, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Required: Knowledge of basic business software applications, ability to multi-task, strong time and project management skills, advanced written and oral communication skills, accurate data entry skills.
• Preferred: Knowledge of ticketing systems, CRM (Preferably Salesforce), and Student/Youth segments.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Travel: Yes (varies).
