TheMedical Director will provide leadership to the clinical staff as well asmaintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly, 16 hrs administrative.
Duties include recruiting,supervising and evaluating all primary care providers and specialists, processimprovement focused on clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization managementand patient scheduling, assisting in thedevelopment, implementation and monitoring of quality improvement andcompliance efforts, budgeting and strategic planning. This is an outstanding opportunity toprovide administrative oversight and direction for the clinical, operationaland educational functions of our health center.
Qualifications:
Current MA MD or DO License or ability to obtain, Family Physician or Internal Medicine, BoardCertified, completion of accredited residency required.
