Compensation & Benefits: $25.27 per hour plus full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities: - Clinical Operations Oversight: Ensure seamless management of back-office operations to support high-quality patient care.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to medical assistants, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and manage the onboarding, training, and skill development of medical assistants.
- Compliance Maintenance: Ensure the back office adheres to all clinical compliance and regulatory standards.
- Vaccine Coordination: Act as the Primary Vaccine Coordinator for the site, overseeing vaccine inventory, storage, and administration protocols.
- Organizational Support: Assist with other organizational needs as required.
Requirements: - Must possess a current Medical Assistant certification.
- Preferred: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant through the National Healthcare Association or an equivalent certification.
- Minimum two (2) years of direct patient care experience as a Medical Assistant, with a focus on pediatric and adult patients preferred.
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Language Skills: Spanish fluency preferred.
- Valid and unrestricted Arizona driver's license within 30 days of hire (if out of state), with a clean driving record.
- Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 90 days of employment).
- Must pass a criminal background check and substance abuse testing.
- Updated immunization record and current Tuberculosis skin report.
- Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
