Hospital is looking for a gastroenterologist

Details:

Monday-Thursday - Clinic coverage - 8a-4:30p
20-25 days per month of outpatient clinic coverage needed.
Setting: Outpatient, Clinic
Duties: ERCP, EGD, EVS
Required Procedures: ERCP
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
Reason for Coverage: Provider resigning.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified Gastroenterology REQUIRED
Active UT license REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Active BLS - Required for credentialing.
Gastro Fellowship - REQUIRED
Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Candidate must be able to perform ERCP - Required to note
Must disclose what date provider can start - REQUIRED
Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the site - REQUIRED
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background - Required & Must include Self inquiry NPDB report
