Specialty: OB/GYN Licensure: ALL Contracted Providers are required to be licensed in the State of South Dakota. Certifications: current BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday - Friday every week) / 8 hrs per day (8-430) Volume: 10-14 patients per day Ages Seen: Adolescent to adult Experience: MD OB/GYN COVID Vaccine Required Yes Dates Needed: ASAP Credentialing timeframe: 60 days Support Staff: Staffed with 2 to 3 providers per shift (APP's, CNMW, nursing staff consists of 3 per shift, support staff consists of 3 to 5 per shift. Lab/X-ray/pharmacy in house during open hours (8-430)
