Position: Labor and Employment Attorney
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Union Representation and Arbitration
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in union representation and arbitration cases
- Draft and review legal documents related to labor and employment law
- Provide legal advice to clients on labor relations and employment issues
- Collaborate with team members and manage case files effectively
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in union representation and arbitration
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment, with a possible hybrid schedule
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $70,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Benefits package includes 401(k), dental, health, vision, and tuition reimbursement
