Job Title: Attorney - Criminal and Family Law
Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Represent and manage clients in both criminal and family law cases, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized.
- Legal Drafting: Prepare and finalize pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Court Representation: Present arguments and motions in court, confidently advocating for clients.
- Client Interaction: Offer strategic advice to clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, senior partners, and administrative staff to achieve team goals.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with invoicing, billing, and client meeting coordination.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid South Carolina legal license or expect to obtain one within 60 days.
- Experience in criminal and family law is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and client engagement.
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and upholds the highest professional standards.
