Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Experience as a Civil Defense Attorney
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey, will look at Pennsylvania PLUS IF BOTH!
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Strong writing skills, legal research skills, and strong work ethic
- Strong litigation and courtroom skills, with the ability to argue effectively on behalf of clients.
- Strong background in personal injury, property damage, professional liability, and other general liability cases. Insurance defense major PLUS
