Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Experience as a Trucking Litigator
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Strong writing skills, legal research skills, and strong work ethic
- Represent trucking companies, drivers, and insurers in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Provide legal counsel to trucking companies on accident-related claims, commercial disputes, and liability issues.
