We are seeking a Neurologist to provide care on a consistent basis to our Chicago clinic locations. This is a long-term assignment treating an adult patient panel with a range of neurological conditions and traumatic brain injuries.
Practice Details:
- Expanding clinic with a growing patient base
- Three practice locations in Chicago
- Support from Medical Assistants and Nurses
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8a to 5p
- Additional opportunity to provide telemedicine support to other office locations
Cases and Procedures:
- Neurological conditions including neurotrauma, stroke, brain injury, headaches, sleep disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, and other nervous system disorders
- Treatment including GON, trigger point injections, peripheral nerve experience, nerve blocks, EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs
- TBI/Concussion experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Neurology physician
- IL Medical License
- Local to Chicago
