Description
This role performs functions supporting Wealth in underwriting, credit approval, loan documentation, ongoing portfolio monitoring and annual review processes for Wealth Management’s lending portfolio (nonresidential). The position processes straightforward to complex credits with sophisticated personal/family and corporate organizational structures, documentation and/or collateral structures. This individual must balance the need to add profitable credit business while maintaining acceptable portfolio credit quality.

- Demonstrates understanding of Wealth Management lending products.

- Adheres to regulatory (Federal and State) and corporate requirements for all lending, credit risk and operational risk.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Wealth Management or Loan Operations work experience
- Completed High School degree or GED equivalent
- Demonstrated history of strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with multiple priorities in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Past proven success with providing exceptional customer service
- Possess ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated past job history stability
- Proven past ability to successfully analyze, problem solve, and make decisions independently
- Possess demonstrated past ability to learn and understand various Computer Based systems - i.e. AFS, Salesforce, Super Nova
Hours & Work Schedule:
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule:
- M-F - 8:30 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET with occasional required overtime.
- 100% In Office Until Fully Trained then Hybrid 3 Days In Office/2 Days Work From Home
