ALBUQUERQUE ATTORNEY
A well-established national law firm with multiple offices in Texas and New Mexico is seeking an Associate Attorney with Insurance Defense and Workers' Compensation experience, ready to hit the ground running and able to manage an existing caseload.
Minimum 2 years' of Workers' Comp experience required, with empathic ability to help guide clients through their case process. The successful candidate will be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in career development, and joining a team of Super Lawyers and named Best Lawyers in America.
Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research
Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions
Defending depositions
Licensed in TX and NM
For the determined and motivated individual, this is an excellent opportunity for career development, offering a collegial and collaborative work environment. Base salary range from $90K - $120K DOE, full suite benefits, 401K. Office location is Albuquerque, position is daily in-office with flexibility based on performance.
